Viscosity Resin (at 25 °C): 2300-3300 mPas
Viscosity Hardener (at 25 °C): 250-500 mPas
Pot life (25 °C/500 g): 12 hours
Mixing ratio:
100 : 40 parts by weight resin : hardener
100 : 48 parts by volume resin : hardener
Mixing viscosity (at 25 °C): 2000 mPas
Gel time (thin coats < 0.5 mm): 18 hours
Pre-curing: 8 h at 100 °C
Post-curing schedule:
24 h at RT+ 12 h at 40 °C + 2 h at 80 °C + 2 h at 100 °C + 2 h at 120 °C + 2 h at 140 °C +
2 h at 160 °C+ 2 h at 180 °C + 12 h at 200 °C then slowly cool down to RT
Attention: the system must be heat cured before demolding!

Flexual strength (ISO 178): 88 MPa
Tensile modulus (ISO 178): 3500 MPa
Compressive strength (ISO 604): 153 MPa

Glass transition temperature (Tg): 238 °C (nach DSC)
Impact strength: 3 kJ/m²
Applications:
Moulding materials, which are subjected to extremely high thermal and chemical loadings, such as resonance tubes, deep drawing dies, conduit pipes, containers as well as high temperature applications in the aerospace and electronic industries.
Suitable for all conventional processing methods such as hand lay-ups, pressure moulding and filament winding.
